PAYING FOR GOODS Rosary-making.com accepts electronic payments by Pay Pal, credit or debit card. We also accept payment by cheque or postal order. Customers who wish to make payment in this way should print out their order form and send a copy of this order, with payment to:

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received. We do not accept responsibility for customer payments made through postal services untill they are received by us. We will issue a receipt of cheque and postal order payment by e mail. If the customer does not have an e mail address, the receipt will be dispatched with the goods.

POSTAGE AND PACKING FEES
Postage charges are for standard Royal Mail services. Tracking information is not available with this service. Customers who prefer to have their goods sent by registered mail (UK) or airsure for international customers must request this service prior to completing the checkout process. We will then provide an invoice which includes any extra charges for the service requested.

DELIVERY OF UK ORDERS Customers can expect delivery of their order 2 to 5 days following payment.
DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers can expect delivery of their order 2 to 3 weeks following payment. While we have confidence in the efficiency of Royal Mail and the majority of orders are delivered within quoted delivery timescales, problems do occasionally occur. Rosary-making.com cannot guarantee postal delays will not occur. Customers who require urgent delivery of their order should consider requesting Royal Mails next day delivery service.
Rosary-making.com does not accept responsibility for postal delays due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, ash clouds, industrial action.

CANCELLING AN ORDER Orders may be cancelled, and refund issued at any time up to dispatch. Payment of cancelled orders will be refunded within 3 working days.Where payment has been made by cheque or postal order, rosary-making.com will return cheques and postal orders that have not already been processed.

Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase for UK customers.

The time limits for returning unwanted items may be extended to allow for exceptional postal delays. These may be due to snow, ash cloud, industrial action or similar. Customers returning items who are aware such delays may occur should inform us to enable us to extend time limits appropriatley.
Customers returning goods must obtain a proof of postage receipt and provide a copy of this receipt to rosary-making.com if requested to do so. This copy may be in the form of an e mail attachment of a scanned receipt.
