REGISTERING YOUR DETAILS: Security and Passwords
Rosary-making.com website encrypts all data and website security is regularly, externally audited by Trustwave.
Customers are advised to keep their passwords secure.
When log-in details are incorrect, the system will only allow a set number of failed log-in attempts before freezing an account for one hour. This is a security feature to prevent hacking and unauthorised access to an account.
This number of failed log in attempts applies regardless of a change of password.
PAYING FOR GOODS
Rosary-making.com accepts electronic payments by Pay Pal, credit or debit card. Card details can be entered into the website or given by telephone. For telephone payments call: 07972663237 (mobile rates apply) Because rosary-making.com is a small business, this telephone is may not be monitored when you call. In this instance, please leave your contact details and your call will be returned. Full payment details are not stored by rosary-making.com in any form. rosary-making.com does not have access to payment details when payment is made through the website. For telephone payments, details given by phone are entered directly into the banks electronic payment system through secure connection. The last three digits of card numbers are stored by the system for the convenience of customers who wish to review the payment method used for previous orders. No paper records or notes of any kind are made that contain your account details.
We also accept payment by cheque or postal order. Customers who wish to make payment in this was should write or print out their order form and send a copy of this order, with payment to:

Cheques should be payable to rosary-making,com . Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received. We do not accept responsibility for customer payments made through postal services until they are received by us. We will issue a receipt of cheque and postal order payment by e mail. If the customer does not have an e mail address, the receipt will be dispatched with the goods.
NONE UK CHEQUES For orders of under £100 GBP there is a fee of £5 GBP. This amount is payable by the customer and must be added to the total order value.
LOW ORDER VALUE CHARGE Orders to the value of £1 or under will attract additional fee of £0.20. This is because of the charges we pay when payments are processed. These charges can be greater than the price of goods ordered for low value orders.
POSTAGE AND PACKING FEES
Postage charges are for standard Royal Mail domestic and airmail services. Tracking information is not available with this service. Customers who prefer to have their goods sent by registered mail (UK) or airsure for international customers must request this service prior to completing the checkout process. We will then provide an invoice which includes any extra charges for the service requested.
The website automatically estimates postage based on weight using Royal Mail rates. Sometimes the postal estimation over or under charges as the bulk of items are not taken into account by the system. The minimum postage and packing charge that the system will apply is £0.90. Please be aware that the face value of postage on a package represents only part of the cost we pay. These extra costs include packaging, Royal mail licence, consumables, monthly franking machine charges and packaging materials.

DISPATCH OF GOODS
rosary-making.com will be dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Customers will be informed of dispatch of their order by e mail.
DELIVERY OF UK ORDERS
Most orders are dispatched within one working day. Customers can expect delivery of their order 3 to 5 days following payment.
DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery of international orders varies between countries. This is due to customs clearance and the internal postal systen of the destination country. Customers can usually expect delivery of their order 5 to 12 working days following payment.
While we have confidence in the efficiency of Royal Mail and the majority of orders are delivered within quoted delivery timescales, problems do occasionally occur. Rosary-making.com cannot guarantee postal delays will not occur. Customers who require urgent delivery of their order should consider requesting Royal Mail’s next day delivery service. Rosary-making.com does not accept responsibility for postal delays due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, ash clouds, industrial action.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a full and accurate address for the delivery of their order. rosary-making.com does not accept responsibility for the non receipt of goods where the customer has provided an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Orders may be cancelled, and refund issued at any time up to dispatch.
Payment of cancelled orders will be refunded within 3 working days.
Where payment has been made by cheque or postal order, rosary-making.com will return cheques and postal orders that have not already been processed. Where cheques or postal orders have been processed, refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
Refunds will normally be made through the same service as the original payment was made
RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase for UK customers. Items must be returned in "as new condition" before any refund is made. Refunds exclude the original postage and packing charge.Customers returning unwanted goods are responsible for return postage costs .
RETURNING FAULTY OR WRONG GOODS When goods are returned because they are faulty, not as described or the wrong items have been supplied rosary making.com is responsible for return postage costs. Full refunds will be made including the original postage cost when the returned goods are received.

The time limits for returning unwanted items may be extended to allow for exceptional postal delays. These may be due to snow, ash cloud, industrial action or similar. Customers returning items must contact us and inform us of possible postal delays before the returns time limits expire.
Customers returning goods are advised to obtain a “proof of postage receipt” and provide a copy of this receipt to rosary-making.com if requested to do so. This copy may be in the form of an e mail attachment of a scanned receipt.
DISCOUNTS AND REWARD POINTS Bulk discounts are available for multiple purchases of some products. Where available these can be seen on the item listing and are automatically applied to the shopping cart.
For registered customers reward points are applied to purchases of some products. These points can be collected and redeemed against the price of future orders.
Where a customer has reward points that can be used places an order, a message will automatically appear during checkout giving the option of saving points or using them to apply a cash discount to the total.
This policy does not affect your rights under Distance Selling Regulations or your legal and statutory consumer rights.
